This is of huge benefit to the buyer, seller and the realtor.

Benefit to the buyer:
Instead of finding a property and then locating the realtor representing the property as is usually the case in Australia, you can work with one realtor that you like and who knows your requirements, and have them look for any property that suits your needs.

Benefit to the seller:
Obviously the seller will have much more exposure of their property through MLS
